We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at Hazelwood Venue and everything was perfect! The venue was meticulously clean, and there are many options for the host to personalize the setup. Jamie was always quick to respond and accommodate requests throughout the planning stage. The night of the event, Jamie & Mirel were ready and available to help however needed, and everything was set up as expected. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end! I’m thankful to have such an amazing option for weddings, parties, or other events in Alabaster. 100% recommend!

We could not have designed a more perfect venue for our daughter's wedding. Hazelwood is beautiful and the most convenient location right here in Shelby County. From the very beginning stages of planning, the entire staff of Hazelwood helped to make all of our ideas come to life and took much stress out of the process for us. They are organized, meticulous in the details, creative and thoughtful in everything they do. Jamie and Mirel were there for us at every stage, and they coordinated with our vendors so that we did not have to do that on the day of the wedding. Everything flowed easily for us! The bridal suite is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and the groom's area is also spacious, comfortable and inviting. The dining room and foyer were the perfect, beautiful spots to serve our dinner buffet and wedding cake. They made our outdoor ceremony, reception and dancing areas beautiful and comfortable for our guests with a very fast flip time of the space. There was ample space for our musicians, and the ceremony environment on the front lawn was so peaceful. Parking for our guests was the easiest, most organized process, even for those with accessibility issues. Mark took care of all of our logistical needs, and we didn't have to worry about any of those things. Hazelwood is also accessible for our guests in wheelchairs, and that convenience was important to us to offer our guests. We could not recommend Hazelwood enough for any wedding or event. It's absolutely perfect!

Nestled in a picturesque setting, that perfectly complemented the warmth of our gathering. The service was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Overall, Hazelwood Venue’s provided the perfect backdrop for our event. I can’t recommend it highly enough for any gathering!
